How to Refill Online
Refilling your prescription is fast and easy. Call 858-453-2500 locally or toll free 866-507-1990. If you have refills available, La Vita Compounding Pharmacy will fill your prescription and confirm your preferred delivery method with you. If you do not have refills remaining, we will call your physician for authorization to refill.
For your convenience we also offer an automatic refill program. Many refills are maintenance medications (i.e. hormone replacement therapy) that you need every month. With your approval, your medication can be added to the “Auto-fill Program” and be filled and shipped automatically with no need for you to remember to re-order. We will automatically ship your refill at the appropriate refill time and bill your insurance and/or credit card accordingly.
When refilling your prescription over the phone please provide:
- Name
- Prescription Number
- Phone Number
- Shipping Method: United States Postal Service (USPS), overnight or same day delivery
- Any new information: change of address, change of insurance or new method of payment
